International Women's Day 2026

On March 18, Diane von Furstenberg hosted her annual International Women’s Day Summit in partnership with The WIE Suite at the DVF headquarters.The program opened with a poem by Rupi Kaur, followed by six fireside chats and a performance by singer and songwriter Rozzi. This year’s theme centered on being “InCharge” and embracing the “Power of Kindness”. Sessions included a conversation between Gloria Steinem and Norah O'Donnell; a discussion on brands shaping culture with Jane Hertzmark Hudis and Samira Nasr; a session on purpose and possibility featuring Misty Copeland, Thelma Golden, and Huma Abedin; “The Great Wealth Transfer” with Ida Liu, Ita Ekpoudom, and Alyse Nelson; “The Future of Women’s Health” with Kate Ryder, Toyin Ajayi, and Hannah Bronfman; and “Owning Your Story: Modern Day Influencers” with Tiffany Lopinsky, Danessa Myricks, and Dee Poku.
