To be InCharge is first a commitment to ourselves. It is owning who we are. It is respecting and trusting our character, knowing that it is forever the home and the core of our strength. The In charge movement is a platform, community, a place to rally, to use our individual connections to help all women be the women they want to be.
The practices that we commit ourselves to:
CONNECT
Make a habit to do two things everyday that benefit someone other than ourselves.
EXPAND
Arrange a meeting or a call each week with someone that we don’t know or would not typically engage with.
INSPIRE
Share our experience, vulnerability and strength through storytelling.
ADVOCATE
Take action on causes that matter to us, rally, speak up, organize and make an impact.
